Workshop Description:
This workshop is designed for Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) providers and focuses on how to create organizational change in order to become a more person centered agency or facility.  (This is a condensed version of one-day workshops held in the spring.) These sessions fill up fast!  

Participants will use an organizational development guide to help identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to incorporate more effective person centered practices.

Who should attend: One to four people from each organization who have responsibilities for the planning and implementation of programming and services. These may include direct service providers, supervisors, managers, and/or agency administrators.
